This biplane probe, specifically designed for Urology imaging, comprises two transducers: a 10 mm ROC, 6.5 MHz curved, and a 7.0 MHz linear array. The curved transducer offers a large 150° field of view, while the linear array provides an extended 54 mm field of view. Enhancing diagnostic accuracy, the provision of images in both the transverse and sagittal planes offers a more comprehensive view of the targeted area, making it ideal for prostate guiding therapy monitoring and imaging, and biopsy procedure guidance. Its piezocomposite technology is perfectly suited for mid-range and specialized systems providing high performance image quality with good contrast and resolution at medium and broad depth.
